Laura Jackson

Laura is a Partner within the Audit & Assurance team. A qualified Chartered Accountant and Registered Statutory Auditor, Laura graduated with an Honours degree in Accounting from Queen’s University and achieved a postgraduate diploma in Advanced Accounting from the University of Ulster.

Laura has significant experience across a variety of industry sectors and has a wide portfolio of clients. She is responsible for the provision of audit and accounting services to several large groups of companies and also acts as reporting management accounting for many different companies reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis. Laura manages a portfolio across several jurisdictions to and is passionate about providing an enriched value-added service to BDO NI clients. With a breadth of experience in addressing varied accounting- and governance-related issues, Laura has established a reputation for excellence in the Accountancy profession across the island of Ireland.

Laura is a non-executive director of ICC Belfast, Waterfront Hall and Ulster Hall Limited, a CBI Regional Council Member and a board member of QMS’s International Advisory Board. She was also awarded an Honorary Professorship of Practice by Queen's University Belfast Management School.
