BDO Northern Ireland, Queen's University Belfast and Henderson Group are delighted to announce this initiative for 2023. Taking place on 2nd Febrary 2023, this initiative is supported by CCEA and is aimed at Lower 6th/Year 13 pupils.
As per previous years, schools can submit up to two teams, each comprising 4-5 Lower 6th pupils, to the event in Queen’s Management School (Riddel Hall, 185 Stranmillis Road, Belfast) where each team will be asked to present back their findings on a local company case study to representatives from BDO, Queen’s Management School and Henderson Group.
Using a real-world example, the objectives of the business game include supporting the NI Business Studies curriculum and facilitating the development of pupils’ business skills and knowledge in an enjoyable and interactive forum.
Further information on the NI School Business Challenge 2022 and how to register can be found by reading the NI Schools' Business Challenge 23 information sheet. Further details regarding the case study and the final, will be sent to schools upon registration.
The winning teams from both initiatives shall be presented with a trophy, VIP tickets for Belfast Giant's match and awarded prize and money for their school.
