Our individually tailored apprenticeship programme is designed to support your growth and development, offering a clear path towards becoming an Accounting Technician, and the opportunity to progress with further study to become a qualified Chartered Accountant or Chartered Tax Advisor.

With BDO you will have the opportunity to gain experience across a wide variety of sectors and clients, which will give you the breadth and depth of experience that you need to excel, both in your Higher-Level Apprenticeship and also in your long-term career.

Work 4 days and be paid for 5!

The Higher-Level Apprenticeship programme is offered as a two-year training contract, leading to the achievement of the Accounting Technician qualification from Accounting Technicians Ireland, an internationally recognised Level 5 qualification.

During this time, you will work 4 days and study 1 day each week at a college of your choice towards your qualification.

You will also benefit from paid study leave at the time of your exams to give you the best chance of success.
