Why BDO?
At BDO, we focus on growing entrepreneurial businesses, helping them to maximise their potential and achieve their goals. We are a full service accounting and consulting Firm with a partner-led approach, having separate centres for Growth and Enterprise and for Family Business Services. Launched in December 2005, the Centre for Growth and Enterprise is dedicated to helping businesses of all sizes and structures with growth and entrepreneurial issues. We offer a wide range of growth-related advisory services, aiming to help growing businesses identify and realize their ambitions.
We are the only major international business advisory network specialising in assisting growing businesses.
Our Team
Because every client is different, we adopt a tailored approach when putting together a client team. We have put together a unique, leading edge pool of experts with knowledge in business strategy, marketing, HR, finance and family issues, built upon our in-depth knowledge of a wide range of sectors, including, manufacturing, engineering, construction, leisure and tourism, property, professional practices, financial and business services. The experience of our team spans, and provides flexibility to be able to support businesses across every industry sector. Leading our core team is Francis Martin, one of Northern Ireland’s leading advisers to growing businesses, supported by Pamela Gillies (Director) and an extensive team of experienced and senior staff. Each member of the team has worked on similar assignments in the past and has, therefore, a first-rate understanding of business operations and of the many issues that affect growth.
