Significantly improved mobile technology means that more and more of our people have the flexibility to utilise mobile working. To date across the UK, that means we’ve provided 2,000 laptops, 430 BlackBerrys and 1,200 3G cards.

There are numerous examples of people with different work patterns. Ones that suit both them and their clients. This includes working from home, starting and finishing work later and taking a career break… to climb Mount Everest!

Make no mistake, we work hard. But we also want our people to enjoy their time outside work too. Or as an employee commented in the Accountancy Age Awards survey:
